We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Secretary & Office Administrator / HR with professional experience in relevant field and a graduate degree. This role combines secretarial, administrative, and HR functions, supporting senior management and ensuring efficient front-office and back-office operations. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level secretarial support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements. • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming communication, ensuring a polished and professional reception. • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. • Maintain and organize both electronic and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval. • Oversee office operations including ordering supplies, coordinating with service providers, and managing courier services. • Support administrative processes such as staff attendance, HR documentation, and coordination of internal events. • Implement efficient office procedures and proactively resolve any operational issues to support a smooth workflow.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree is Required. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role combining secretarial, administrative, and HR duties. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
