🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

✅ Production Leadership & Management

• Lead all production departments and drive performance through KPI-based management
• Ensure execution of production and shipping schedules in alignment with quality and cost targets
• Enforce safety, environmental, and operational compliance standards across teams

✅ Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with Site Manager on budget planning and adherence
• Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) at the local level
• Lead and promote lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and process optimization initiatives

✅ People Development

• Identify and develop talent within production teams through training and coaching
• Lead change management and organizational development efforts within production
• Keep teams informed of performance, priorities, and targets

✅ Quality & Safety

• Implement and maintain quality policies to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct daily audits to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
• Drive continuous quality improvements across manufacturing operations

🎓 Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business
• Experience:
  • 10+ years in manufacturing or engineering
  • 5+ years in a leadership/management capacity
  • Prior experience with project leadership and cost control
• Preferred Skills:
  • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certification/experience
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts
  • Fluent in English

💰 Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $140,000 – $211,100 (subject to experience/location)
• Total Compensation: Base + Incentives + Benefits
