Job Description:
Electrorak is actively hiring a Purchase Executive (MEP) to join our dynamic procurement team. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) procurement to support ongoing engineering and construction projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure MEP materials and equipment in line with project requirements
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely delivery to project sites
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align procurement with technical needs
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve supply-related issues
- Use SAP and other procurement systems for effective order and inventory management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in MEP procurement within the construction or engineering sector
- Strong knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, and industry standards
- Proficiency in SAP and other procurement platforms
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Prior UAE experience is highly preferred
