Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in real estate or construction
- Strong expertise in cost management, FIDIC contracts, and UAE construction regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX, and MS Excel
- Proven experience in luxury residential or mixed-use projects
- Ability to shape projects, control costs, and deliver excellence
