Position: Electrical Engineer

Contract Type: Outsource (Yearly Renewable)

Work Location: Al Ajban, Abu Dhabi
Reach Group is hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to join an Abu Dhabi Government entity. This role is ideal for candidates with strong MEP coordination exposure and hands-on system knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (especially chillers)
- Experience with smoke management and plumbing systems
- Ability and willingness to attend face-to-face interviews
- Strong coordination and technical review skills
Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve electrical equipment in line with organizational standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, project scope, schedule, and budget
- Maintain system capabilities while enhancing functionality and modernizing production methods
- Review concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings
- Analyze project requirements including electrical loads, safety standards, and motor control
- Support the Project Manager and ensure timely delivery of contractual project requirements
- Liaise with local authorities for approval of MEP service drawings and service connections
- Review and prepare shop drawings and material submittals for consultant approval
Salary & Benefits
- Single: AED 13,918
- Married: AED 15,508
