Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
• Assist guests with booking inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain and update reservation systems with correct details
• Coordinate with front office and other departments for smooth operations
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
• Maintain booking records and generate reports when required

Requirements

• Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Previous experience in hotel reservations (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with reservation systems and MS Office
• Candidates currently based in the UAE preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
