Job Overview

Horizon Exchange is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Risk Officer to strengthen its risk and compliance functions. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in financial services or exchange houses, who can effectively identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the organization’s risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks across business operations
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies
• Maintain and regularly update risk registers with accurate information
• Prepare detailed risk reports and present insights to management
• Support AML/KYC processes and monitor compliance activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance risk management practices
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure operational and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in risk management or compliance within financial services or exchange houses
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, AML/KYC regulations, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in maintaining risk registers and preparing analytical reports
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently
