Now Hiring: HR Executive – MEP Contracting

📍 Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
🗓️ Experience: Minimum 5 Years (in MEP contracting)
💰 Salary: AED 4,000 – 7,000

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for MEP trades
• Maintain accurate site-wise manpower and deployment records
• Track and manage attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions
• Oversee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and exit formalities
• Support employee welfare programs, site visits, and HR audits
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal policies

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an MEP contracting environment
• Strong command of English and Hindi
• Currently residing in the UAE
• Immediate availability preferred
