Safety Supervisor

b You will be responsible for b Developing implementing and continually improving the Company s EH amp S programs and procedures to ensure Health and Safety Ensuring compliance with Corporate EH amp S policies as well as local amp international EH amp S standards and requirements and liaising with external authorities on EH amp S compliance issues as required Conducting regular site inspection for all environmental health and safety related matters Reviewing incident investigations reports and providing feedback and suggestions on follow up plans Ensuring EH amp S records and maintained and up to date and providing EH amp S analysis and reporting to the Corporate office Managing a team of 11-50 people You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate You have nebosh certification You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
