    About the Role

    Do you thrive in dynamic, guest-facing roles and have a passion for building strong business relationships? As an Executive in Aquaventure World Sales, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Groups segment to achieve and exceed both revenue and attendance targets.

    Based in Dubai, this role combines strategic account management with active on-site engagement across the resort. You’ll regularly visit key business partners—including corporate clients, schools, and DMCs—developing trust and loyalty through personalized, consistent communication. You will be the face of Aquaventure World, championing its world-class offerings and experiences while keeping a sharp eye on competitor activity and pricing.

    This is a high-impact role for a driven, detail-oriented sales professional who’s ready to take initiative and push boundaries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Convert inbound group leads into bookings and revenue.
    • Manage and grow assigned accounts through proactive relationship-building.
    • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to highlight Aquaventure’s unique value.
    • Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event and group execution.
    • Maintain accurate records, reports, and client data using Microsoft Office tools.

    Note: A valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation are required for this role.

    About You

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role, ideally within hospitality or entertainment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Highly organized with excellent administrative capabilities.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in handling client relationships and time-sensitive projects.
    • Flexible and adaptable—available to work outside standard hours when needed.
