    Lead the development and implementation of HR policies tailored specifically for the construction and facilities management sectors ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency Collaborate with project managers to develop workforce planning strategies that align with project timelines and resource allocation in construction sites Manage employee relations by facilitating conflict resolution and addressing labor disputes fostering a positive work environment across various job sites Implement and oversee training programs focused on occupational health and safety standards specific to construction work ensuring a culture of safety Conduct regular audits of HR processes and compliance in construction projects identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with industry standards Utilize HR metrics to analyze workforce trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior management driving informed decision-making Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees in construction and facilities roles Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners including labor unions and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth HR operations Stay updated on industry-specific labor laws and regulations adapting HR practices accordingly to mitigate risks and enhance compliance Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the construction or facilities management industry, with a proven track record of managing HR operations.Experience working with construction labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure HR practices meet industry requirements.Ability to communicate fluently in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the workforce is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills with a focus on HR metrics and data-driven decision-making to enhance operational effectiveness.Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse teams and effectively manage employee relations in a multi-site environment.Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software systems, enabling efficient management of HR processes and reporting.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior HR staff and influence stakeholders at all levels within the organization.Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience to navigate the dynamic and often challenging environment of construction and facilities management.
