Now Hiring: Senior Quality Control – Milk Powder Manufacturing

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🏭 Industry: Food Manufacturing (Milk Powder)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000

🧪 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QC inspections – raw materials to finished product
• Conduct sensory, microbiological, chemical, and physical testing
• Implement QC SOPs, testing protocols, and compliance checklists
• Monitor production quality and resolve deviations
• Conduct HACCP, GMP audits and manage CAPAs
• Train and guide QC & cross-functional staff

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science, Dairy Tech, Microbiology, or similar
• 8+ years’ experience in QC/QA in dairy or food manufacturing
• Strong in HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC/FSSC 22000, GMP
• Skilled in lab testing & quality systems
• Excellent leadership & problem-solving skills
• Shift flexibility and cross-team collaboration
