Available Positions
- Waiter / Barista
- Receptionist / Cashier (Arabic speakers preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer requests efficiently
- Manage front desk or cashier duties, including handling payments and transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Operate POS systems and ensure accurate billing
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic transaction handling
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
