World Eats is expanding its team for an upcoming premium dining project in Dubai and is hiring experienced hospitality professionals across multiple roles. - Baristas (Specialized in Matcha)
- Jr. Sous Chef
- Chef De Partie – Hot Section
- Chef De Partie – Cold Section
- Chef De Partie – Pastry Section
- Chef De Partie – Burger Section
- Chef De Partie – Bakery Section (2 positions)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in line with premium dining standards
- Manage assigned restaurant or kitchen sections efficiently
- Coordinate effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Support daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent service
- Follow company standards and enhance overall guest experience
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B hospitality
- Experience in upper casual dining or premium restaurant concepts preferred
- Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction
- Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
