Job Responsibilities:
- Handle payment-related tasks such as reviewing bet orders and assisting customers in managing accounts
- Ensure accurate data checking and validation
- Maintain customer relationships and build loyalty
- Collaborate with team members with a strong sense of teamwork
- Use Microsoft Office tools effectively (typing speed of at least 50 WPM)
- Complete tasks as assigned by department managers or directors
