- Provide flight information and manage passenger concerns during delays
- Ensure full compliance with airport and airline protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in airport operations or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
