Job Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily office operations in Dubai and offer remote support to their KSA and Jordan branches. The role is essential in maintaining efficient front-office functions and fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including housekeeping and vendor coordination
  • Handle mail, courier services, and office supply inventory
  • Coordinate internal events, meetings, and travel logistics
  • Support IT, facility services, and PRO-related tasks (e.g., visas, licenses, leases)
  • Assist the finance team with invoices, data entry, reconciliations, and month-end processes
  • Maintain records, fixed asset logs, and compliance documentation
  • Act as liaison with internal departments and external vendors

🧠 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Communications
  • 3–5 years of experience in administration or office support
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
  • Professional, discreet, and service-oriented attitude
