Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily corporate operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external partners
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Support executives with scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements
  • Supervise administrative team performance and development
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate implementation of new systems and process improvements
  • Monitor office inventory and manage procurement with vendors
  • Handle logistics for meetings, events, and conferences
  • Support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and record keeping

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance is a plus
