Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily corporate operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate communication between departments and external partners
- Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Support executives with scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements
- Supervise administrative team performance and development
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate implementation of new systems and process improvements
- Monitor office inventory and manage procurement with vendors
- Handle logistics for meetings, events, and conferences
- Support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and record keeping
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance is a plus
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
