✅ Eligibility Requirements:

• Total Flying Time:
  Minimum 2,000 hours on turboprop or jet aircraft with MTOW >20T
  (P3, rotary, and piston aircraft not counted)
• Recent Experience:
  Minimum 150 hours on type in the last 12 months
• Licensing:
  • Valid ICAO ATPL
  • Unrestricted Class 1 medical (same authority as license)
  • ICAO English Level 4 or above

💰 Salary & Compensation:

• Basic Monthly Salary: AED 26,485 (~USD 7,217)
• Total Monthly (avg. 85 hrs): AED 31,840 (~USD 8,676)
• Additional Pay: AED 536 (~USD 146) per block hour above target

🏠 Accommodation:

• Company-provided accommodation in Dubai with utilities included

🏫 Education Allowance (Per Child / Per Year):

• Primary: AED 52,250 (~USD 14,225)
• Secondary: AED 79,750 (~USD 21,712)
