Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and finance operations for the Dubai office.
• Oversee shipment costing, billing, collections, and settlements.
• Monitor profitability and prepare financial performance reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments on financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide management with financial analysis and operational insights.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of UAE accounting and finance experience.
• NVOCC, shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of shipment costing, billing, collections, settlements, and profitability analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities.
