This role is ideal for individuals who excel in administrative tasks and thrive in a fast-paced work environment, contributing to the smooth functioning of our office and coordination across departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt responses.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
    • Support the HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks.
    • Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
    • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional front-office experience.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Office Administration is a plus.
    • 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
