    Hiring Admin & Receiver / Storekeeper

    About Us:

    We are a dynamic restaurant chain seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as an Admin & Receiver / Storekeeper. If you have a passion for the F&B industry, a keen eye for detail, and expertise in menu setup and recipe costing, we want to hear from you!


    Inventory Management:

    • Conduct regular spot checks and maintain accurate inventory levels.
    • Safeguard all inventory and update systems accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the central kitchen for optimal stock levels and ingredient freshness.
    • Update recipes and menu engineering based on inventory availability.

    Communication and Coordination:

    • Act as a liaison between Finance, Cost, Restaurant Manager, and Chef.
    • Collaborate with the central kitchen for seamless communication.
    • Follow up with suppliers for timely and accurate deliveries.

    Month-End Processes:

    • Conduct monthly inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
    • Update invoices accurately in the system.
    • Raise Purchase Orders (LPO) as needed.

    Menu and Recipe Expertise:

    • Responsible for menu and recipe updates in the system.
    • Full knowledge of menu setup and recipe costing.
    • Ensure accurate costing of the menu items.


    • 2-3 years of proven experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a multi-chain restaurant.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software.
