    Job Requirements

    🔹 Admin Coordinator

    • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a Facility Management company within the UAE
    • Proficiency in SAP is essential
    • Capable of preparing quotations and admin correspondences
    • Strong expertise in MS Excel
    • Smart, presentable, and professional demeanor
    • Immediate joiners only

    🔹 FM Coordinator

    • 3 to 5 years of proven UAE experience in Facility Management
    • Strong knowledge of MAXIMO and other CAFM systems is mandatory
    • Good administrative and computer skills
    • Smart, presentable, and professional demeanor
    • Immediate joiners only
