About the Role:
Penta Global Engineering is urgently seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to join their Finance team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, auditing, compliance, and budgeting, with proven expertise in the finance sector. Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for financial decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior finance staff.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Qualified CA (ICAI / ICAP), CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• 10–15 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, compliance, and budgeting.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or EPC sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
