Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with UAE corporate laws, regulations, and internal company policies
- Maintain and update statutory records and company documentation accurately
- Provide administrative and governance support to senior management
- Handle official filings and liaise with regulatory authorities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
- Manage documentation processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Support corporate governance functions across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience in corporate services or compliance roles
- Professional certification in Company Secretarial practices is an advantage
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and UAE regulations
- Knowledge of AML regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
