Job Overview
Hily Holding is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller & Collections Officer to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections. This role is ideal for professionals with FMCG experience who can maintain strong client relationships while ensuring efficient cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections
- Visit clients and retail partners to reconcile accounts and resolve payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of receivables, transactions, and payment schedules
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with the finance team
- Monitor customer credit limits and minimize overdue balances
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable
- 3–4 years of FMCG industry experience (mandatory)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized, persistent, and target-driven
- Valid UAE driving license required
