2. Supervisor (Play Equipment)
    - Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role

3. Supervisor (Aluminum & Glass Fabrication)
    - Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role

4. Foreman (General/Civil/MEP)
    - Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscape or swimming pool construction

5. Chargehand (Civil/MEP)
    - Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscape or swimming pool construction

6. Chargehand (Softscape)
    - Minimum 5+ years of experience in softscape

✅ Ideal Candidates Should Be:
