    Job Purpose:

As an Administration Assistant within the People Experience team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting HR and administrative functions that empower Emirates’ global workforce. In this role, you will perform routine yet essential administrative and secretarial tasks to support departmental efficiency and employee engagement across the organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule & Coordination: Organise meetings, appointments, and facility bookings, ensuring all logistics are in place and stakeholders are informed.
    • Document Processing: Prepare and manage internal documents, permits, staff travel paperwork, and other HR-related submissions.
    • Cash & Reporting: Handle basic cash transactions, prepare daily reports, support billing and account reconciliation tasks, and highlight discrepancies where required.
    • Timekeeping & Records: Input employee leave, absence, sick time, and overtime; maintain attendance logs and alert supervisors to patterns or irregularities.
    • Correspondence: Draft and distribute routine communication such as memos, emails, and letters; handle incoming mail and document distribution.
    • Office Support: Assist with administrative duties like photocopying, scanning, binding, laminating, and updating departmental information systems.
    • Inventory Management: Manage office supplies and ensure all office equipment is operational and well-maintained.
    • Compliance & Filing: Maintain efficient filing systems to ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily retrievable.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Education: Minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
    • Experience: Prior experience in administration or office support is preferred.
    • Skills:

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
      • Organised, detail-oriented, and efficient in handling routine administrative tasks.
      • Good written and verbal communication skills.
      • Professional, discreet, and capable of managing sensitive information.
