    We are seeking a Staff Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the EmiratesRED Staff Shops at Emirates Group Headquarters. In this role, you’ll ensure top-quality service, maintain high standards in merchandising and housekeeping, and lead a team to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales & Reporting
      • Achieve and monitor sales targets, reporting deviations to the Shops Manager.
      • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc sales reports, providing insights and recommendations.
    • Team Leadership
      • Motivate and guide team members, ensuring compliance with processes.
      • Provide on-the-job training and support to enhance team performance.
    • Merchandising & Housekeeping
      • Maintain high standards of product presentation, visual merchandising, and shop cleanliness.
      • Propose changes and ideas based on market trends and brand guidelines.
    • Stock Control
      • Ensure adequate stock levels, manage stock movements, and maintain organised stock rooms.
      • Liaise with suppliers, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate audit trails.
    • Quality & Customer Service
      • Monitor and report product defects, working with suppliers to resolve issues.
      • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
    • Promotions & Marketing
      • Recommend promotions, discounts, pop-up shops, and incentives to increase sales.
      • Provide input on supplier/product selection based on customer feedback.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Minimum Requirements

    • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
    • 5+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales.

    Preferred Skills

    • Proven supervisory experience in retail or sales.
    • Strong knowledge of retail sales operations.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Databases).
