Job Purpose
ENOC’s subsidiary, EMGAS, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Strategic Projects to lead and manage strategic, commercial, and transformational initiatives in the gas sector. The role involves identifying and closing high-impact opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term growth goals, with a focus on infrastructure, industrial, and partnership-based projects.
📌 Key Responsibilities
1. Project Sales Management
- Identify, lead, and close high-value project-based sales within the gas industry.
- Champion investment initiatives in gas infrastructure and equipment.
- Promote new LPG applications and alternate fuel adoption.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans positioning EMGAS as a market leader.
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations to develop tailored project proposals.
- Monitor project delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget performance.
- Manage end-to-end documentation: proposals, contracts, and project frameworks.
2. Strategic Partnerships
- Drive long-term strategic projects including JVs, M&As, and large-scale energy deals.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with government entities, NOCs, and industrial clients.
- Align initiatives with local regulatory frameworks, especially DSCE policies.
- Negotiate strategic agreements in coordination with legal and senior leadership.
3. Market Strategy & Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
- Develop pricing models, sales strategies, and value propositions tailored to target markets.
- Identify domestic and international expansion opportunities for the gas business.
- Guide senior management through insights and strategic recommendations.
4. Performance Management & Reporting
- Track and evaluate project and sales performance against KPIs.
- Prepare strategic dashboards, forecasts, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Implement continuous improvement measures for performance enhancement.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic accounts.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Enhance client retention and loyalty through proactive account management.
6. Customer-Centric Innovation
- Collaborate with internal teams to innovate based on customer feedback.
- Customize solutions that meet evolving client needs and deliver value-added services.
- Lead initiatives that elevate customer experience and satisfaction.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a strong advantage.
- Experience:
- 10–12 years of experience in sales and project management in the LPG or energy sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, strategic sales projects.
- Expertise in gas sector dynamics, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Strategic thinker with analytical proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Strong leadership, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client engagement and project oversight.
