About the Role:
A fast-growing real estate and holiday homes company in Dubai is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Guest Service Assistant Manager to oversee guest relations and ensure an exceptional experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or guest service management, with the ability to lead a team and uphold high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise guest service operations to ensure smooth check-in, check-out, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate guest service team members, ensuring efficient and professional service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a solution-driven approach.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to guest interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• UAE experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
