About The Role

As Head Waiter, you’ll play a vital hands-on role, supporting colleagues and ensuring the highest levels of personalized service and professionalism are consistently delivered. You will warmly greet guests upon seating, build rapport to make lasting first impressions, and offer expert guidance on our food and beverage offerings. From knowing every menu detail to monitoring the quality and consistency of service, you’ll be a key figure in ensuring Carbone’s iconic guest experience. You’ll also escalate any concerns or complaints as needed to uphold our elite service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, warm, and professional service throughout the dining experience.
• Provide hands-on support to team members and coordinate seamless service.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full food and beverage menu and ongoing promotions.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Assist in managing guest relations and resolving service-related concerns proactively.
• Contribute to maintaining a vibrant, sophisticated atmosphere true to the Carbone brand.

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-end, social dining restaurant.
• Proven track record in hospitality excellence and team collaboration.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and guest requests.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and guest-facing environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering extraordinary dining experiences.
