    Job Overview

    Adecco is looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to support its HR operations in the UAE.     Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation
    • Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
    • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and assist with payroll data inputs
    • Provide day-to-day support for employee queries and HR-related tasks
    • Assist with general administrative duties within the HR department

    Requirements

    • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
