Job Overview
Adecco is looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to support its HR operations in the UAE. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and assist with payroll data inputs
- Provide day-to-day support for employee queries and HR-related tasks
- Assist with general administrative duties within the HR department
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
