    Job Purpose:

    Serve as the key HR contact responsible for end-to-end HR services including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, grievance handling, and offboarding. Support HR initiatives and drive employee engagement in alignment with company policies and labor regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily HR operations, ensuring adequate staffing and high employee engagement.
    • Advise line managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
    • Design, post, and manage job advertisements across platforms; coordinate sourcing and recruitment campaigns.
    • Conduct CV screening, interviews, and competency-based assessments.
    • Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates.
    • Prepare salary benchmarks and negotiate job offers; handle all pre-employment formalities.
    • Oversee onboarding including visa processes, IDs, uniforms, training, and welcome sessions.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, reduce legal risks, and maintain accurate employee documentation.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends; suggest and implement improvements.
    • Monitor new hires during probation and coordinate confirmations or terminations.
    • Issue HR letters for promotions, transfers, resignations, and other employment changes.
    • Support HR projects, participate in career fairs, and advocate internship programs.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Certified in relevant HR programs (e.g., SHRP, HRP, PMS) is preferred.
    • Training in recruitment, performance management, and labor law is advantageous.
    • Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel), HR systems, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn.
    • Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
    • Sound knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law preferred.

    Experience:

    • 4+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition.
    • Experience in the service or aviation industry is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee services, payroll).
    • Skilled in conducting interviews, developing assessments, and handling employment contracts.
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Capable of multitasking under pressure while maintaining quality and compliance.
