Job Summary:
Emerson is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the timely delivery of customer consignments in compliance with international trade regulations. The role requires coordination with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs authorities, ensuring all documentation and processes are properly followed.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Shipping & Coordination
- Prepare JAFZA customs documents and coordinate with freight forwarders
- Collect order/shipping details from Oracle and coordinate with packing team
- Generate full shipping document packs and arrange shipment pickups
- Add certificates, manuals, and photo records to consignments as required
- Maintain BOE and other shipping records
- Support shipments for Dubai and Jubail plants
- Backup Trade Compliance Gatekeeper
- Ensure strict adherence to Emerson Trade Compliance policies
✅ Quality Assurance
- Follow procedures from the QA Manual
- Ensure the final product aligns with specifications before shipment

- Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Logistics or related field preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Knowledge of Jebel Ali customs, international trade regulations, and Incoterms 2020
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Oracle and TRAX is a plus
