Job Overview
Greenland Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage maintenance operations across infrastructure, irrigation, and landscaping projects. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical expertise and leadership skills in maintaining large-scale project assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance activities for infrastructure, irrigation, and landscaping projects
- Diagnose technical issues and implement repair solutions
- Plan and schedule routine and preventive maintenance
- Supervise maintenance teams and ensure quality standards
- Ensure all project assets remain operational and well-maintained
- Coordinate with project teams to support site requirements
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant UAE experience
- Strong expertise in irrigation systems, infrastructure, and landscaping maintenance
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in team leadership and supervision
- Ability to plan and execute maintenance strategies effectively
