As an Office Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. From managing paperwork to keeping our workspace tidy and efficient, your support ensures everything runs like clockwork.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the office team

Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management

Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained

Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments

Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails

Keep the office environment clean and organized

Support basic data entry and record-keeping tasks
✅ What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent

1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative role

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with basic office software (MS Office, email, etc.)
