    As an Office Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. From managing paperwork to keeping our workspace tidy and efficient, your support ensures everything runs like clockwork.

    📌 Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the office team

    • Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management

    • Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained

    • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments

    • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails

    • Keep the office environment clean and organized

    • Support basic data entry and record-keeping tasks

    ✅ What We’re Looking For

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative role

    • Strong communication and organizational skills

    • Familiarity with basic office software (MS Office, email, etc.)

    • Friendly attitude and a team-player mindset

    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
