🔧 Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee metal fabrication and installation projects in Dubai. This role requires technical proficiency, strong team coordination, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth project execution.

✅ Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• 2–5 years of proven supervisory experience in metal and fabrication projects
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality control, and production efficiency
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site/factory operations for fabrication and installation works
• Ensure all work is done as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Coordinate with project engineers, QA/QC, and other departments to stay on schedule
• Monitor manpower productivity and delegate tasks efficiently
• Conduct site inspections and resolve operational or technical issues
• Maintain project documentation, including material logs and progress reports
