- Actively engage with clients and conduct property viewings
- Manage and close sales/rental transactions
- Stay updated on market trends and property inventory
- Negotiate deals to benefit both buyers and sellers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Deliver honest, transparent, and professional service
- Position yourself as a local market expert
✅ Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Additional language skills in Arabic, Russian, or Portuguese are a plus
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and own car
