Job Description

- The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized front office environment.
- This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy front-desk responsibilities and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients courteously and professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls and manage front desk operations efficiently
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Provide basic administrative support
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Good communication skills with English proficiency required
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
- Basic knowledge of computers and office systems
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience is an added advantage
