Job Overview
IMGS is seeking a well-presented and highly organized Receptionist / Executive Secretary to support its Dubai office operations. This role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative coordination, ensuring a smooth and professional workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage incoming calls, route them appropriately, and handle basic inquiries efficiently
- Schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist with travel arrangements when needed
- Maintain and organize office documentation, filing systems, and records
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure seamless office operations
- Uphold a professional image while representing the organization at the front desk
- Handle multiple administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar receptionist or executive secretary position
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to independently manage front desk responsibilities
