About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – GCC to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the consumer durables sector, with hands-on experience managing product categories such as mattresses, electronics, building materials, and similar industries. This senior-level position requires a proven ability to lead sales operations across multiple GCC markets.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the GCC market
• Strong background in managing Retail, Hospitality, and Dealer segments
• At least 10 years of experience leading and managing a sales team in the GCC
• Preferred experience in:
– GCC hospitality sector
– Managing company-operated retail showrooms
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and surpass sales and collection targets across assigned territories
• Oversee operations of Company Showrooms, Dealer Networks, and Hospitality Clients
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive market expansion
