Introduction:

Tadbeer Alebdaa is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage the company’s accounting operations, ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, and play a key role in financial planning and reporting. This position is best suited for professionals who thrive in a structured environment and possess a strong grasp of accounting and financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations and accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff on daily operations.
• Experience with Tadbeer operations is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
