Lead the strategic planning and execution of e-commerce initiatives to drive online sales and market share growth Analyze customer behavior and market trends to optimize product offerings and enhance user experience on the platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing logistics and IT to ensure seamless e-commerce operations Develop and manage the e-commerce budget tracking performance against KPIs to maximize ROI Implement advanced digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM email campaigns and social media promotions Oversee the management of product listings descriptions and inventory to ensure optimal online presentation Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to improve service quality and brand reputation Establish strong relationships with vendors and partners to enhance product selection and fulfillment processes Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the e-commerce platform competitive Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles in the FMCG Company in UAEProven track record of successfully launching and managing e-commerce platforms that drive revenue growth.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as noon, Talabat, Care four ,Deliveroo etc is essential.Excellent project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including Google Analytics and PPC advertising.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for e-commerce and customer-centric solutions.
