Job Overview
CCECC Dubai is seeking highly experienced Senior Engineers across key disciplines—Planning, Utility, HSE, and QA/QC—to support a major RTA infrastructure project. These positions are integral to delivering large-scale works efficiently while maintaining strict standards in safety, quality, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of specific engineering functions such as Planning, Utility coordination, HSE, or QA/QC based on expertise
- Ensure all project activities align with international standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications
- Enforce and monitor health, safety, environmental, and quality control systems across site operations
- Prepare and track detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved (Planning focus)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, resource allocation, and site productivity
- Perform inspections, audits, and technical assessments to maintain compliance and quality standards
- Contribute to the successful delivery of government infrastructure projects in line with RTA regulations
- Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience working on infrastructure, utilities, or large-scale construction projects in the UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and compliance requirements
- Professional certifications such as PMP, NEBOSH, or QA/QC are highly desirable
- Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage complex responsibilities in a fast-paced project environment
