    Techno Services LLC – Euro Gulf is seeking a detail-oriented and UAE-experienced Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end payroll operations. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and WPS compliance, along with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and coordination with HR and Finance teams.

    Job Summary

    The Payroll Officer will be responsible for processing monthly payroll, maintaining accurate payroll records, and ensuring full compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process monthly payroll accurately, including salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions
    • Maintain confidential payroll records and employee documentation
    • Handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and leave balances
    • Coordinate with HR on leave, attendance, and disciplinary adjustments
    • Generate payroll reports for HR and Finance to ensure timely salary disbursement
    • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, company policies, and payroll procedures
    • Execute payroll through the Wage Protection System (WPS) on time
    • Sync leave records with payroll for accurate payouts and deductions
    • Validate biometric and timesheet attendance data in coordination with HR

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance)
    • 2 to 3 years of payroll experience in the UAE or India
    • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and WPS
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS / ERP systems
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
    • High attention to detail with strong confidentiality standards
