Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and diaries for the Country MD
- Ensure compliance for administrative and travel procedures
- Draft and maintain key documents and internal communications
- Coordinate Town Hall and leadership meetings
- Collaborate with HR for organizational charts and manpower planning
- Assist marketing team in planning and supporting internal events
- Prepare professional announcements, action plans, and newsletters
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow-up on deliverables
- Organize on-site and off-site meetings (bookings, catering, agendas, minutes)
- Handle confidential business and personnel data
- Manage and review expense and travel reports for Country MD
- Support facility coordination as directed
- Assist with digital marketing tasks (knowledge in this area is a plus)
