Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and diaries for the Country MD
  • Ensure compliance for administrative and travel procedures
  • Draft and maintain key documents and internal communications
  • Coordinate Town Hall and leadership meetings
  • Collaborate with HR for organizational charts and manpower planning
  • Assist marketing team in planning and supporting internal events
  • Prepare professional announcements, action plans, and newsletters
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow-up on deliverables
  • Organize on-site and off-site meetings (bookings, catering, agendas, minutes)
  • Handle confidential business and personnel data
  • Manage and review expense and travel reports for Country MD
  • Support facility coordination as directed
  • Assist with digital marketing tasks (knowledge in this area is a plus)
