Role Overview
We are hiring a Manager – Aviation Partner Solutions to join our Aviation Division in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring seamless contract execution, client relationship management, and operational excellence across aviation-related services. You will support the Account Manager while leading the Operations Team, focusing on service delivery, compliance, innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Operational
- Ensure delivery of services meets commercial expectations and SLA/KPI targets
- Act as the liaison between Account Manager and Operations Teams
- Oversee and optimize deployments, rostering, and workforce planning
- Monitor contract compliance, financial metrics, and risk mitigation
- Lead operational reporting including daily deployment and performance analysis
Customer Engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for clients within assigned portfolios
- Foster and grow strategic partnerships at multiple client levels
- Support client engagement strategies and account development initiatives
- Offer operational insights and propose new initiatives to drive value
Process Optimization
- Analyze trends and metrics to enhance team and process efficiency
- Drive adoption of standard operating procedures and quality controls
- Promote consistent documentation, communication, and performance reporting
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and productivity
Innovation & Collaboration
- Implement automation tools to reduce manual tasks and improve workflows
- Stay updated on aviation industry trends and technologies
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to enhance service and innovation
- Support business unit collaboration on cross-functional improvement projects
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation, operations, or a related leadership role
- Background in airside operations, cargo, or aircraft appearance is a plus
- University or college degree
- Strong experience in rostering, deployments, and client management
- Solid knowledge of aviation operational procedures
- Excellent communication, reporting, and process documentation skills
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
