Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the studio team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Manage office supplies, deliveries, couriers, and basic maintenance tasks
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including calendars and agendas
- Control and maintain project documentation (drawings, contracts, reports, etc.)
- Format and prepare documentation for presentations and tenders
- Communicate with suppliers, request quotations, follow up on procurement
- Ensure version control and accurate record-keeping of documents
- Take meeting minutes and track action items
- Support HR and employee onboarding processes
- Assist leadership team with calendar and coordination tasks
- Maintain inventory of materials and studio tools
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in design, architecture, or engineering
- Experience with high-end design, resort, or development projects preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or Aconex is a plus
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude
