Job Description

This role combines administrative, secretarial, and HR support functions, assisting senior management and maintaining smooth front- and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications
  • Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems
  • Oversee office supply orders, courier services, and vendor coordination
  • Assist with HR admin tasks: attendance tracking, documentation, and internal event coordination
  • Implement and improve daily office operations and resolve issues proactively

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role (Admin + HR + Secretarial)
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
    • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
    • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
